I released the first single Made for Me a few months ago and everyone asks me the same nosy question : Who is this song about?! Is there someone made for you?!
Listen to Made for Me now while you read the story behind the lyrics.

I have always been very private but it kinda backfires when you create from the heart and then decide to make a career out of music. So to answer the question, no its not about someone specific, full disclosure, there are multiple people that may think this song is about them.. and i might have lead them to believe they were right... but thats a story for another time.
Made for Me was the beginning of my Navjeevan journey. The creation of my new life began with songwriting and living in my imagination. This was the first song I wrote on the project, I was annoyed with myself always writing sad love songs so i decided to try to imagine what it would feel like if it was a happy love song. I drew inspiration from glimmers of love i have experienced. Often I am surprised by who or what is made for me and the overwhelming comfort and love that is freely given from them.
In the first verse, I sing about the ease and freedom I feel being seen and loved. Feeling light and confident with another helps me bring down my walls.
Heres the lyrics:
(hey, you)
You know its been awhile
i kept myself locked away
but its crazy how you have a key
wondering how could it be
standing right in front of me
pulling me into the light
everything im meant to be
i see it in your eyes
now its easier to smile
cause you move in such a way
dancing freely round my heart
life is lighter this way
but your beautiful the way your are
exploring the maze of your mind
you dream as big as can be
the world is yours you said to me
Who woulda thought that you were made for me
Im so damn thankful you were made for me
Now i wanna see you again
feel you again
love you
and touch you
and kiss you again now
In verse 2, my consciousness awakens in realization that even if I were to meet the one made for me, I don't feel ready to actually let them in.
(but i can’t)
Cause im still in the rain
whats best is if we detour
separate roads i know you will soar
hope theyll cross again
at the right time
peaceful music from the world we come from
dont forget we'll always be one
no matter how far the space

Asking to take a detour of space so that I can establish peace in my own world before bringing someone into it aka the reason im chronically single. Choosing to release my upcoming album, Navjeevan, is breaking that cycle of taking escape routes from what is made for me. Now rain or shine, this album is coming to life!! I can't wait to share more with you.
